Hello. We have a Bai v22-2 (2 head) embroidery machine. The thread catcher (wiper) is not doing it job. We tried calling bai and a rep told us to change the parameters on the screen to certain numbers. We did that. Nothing. It doesn’t appear to be broken and it was working great several days ago. We only had the machine for 6 months. It was rockin and rollin! Please help.

The best hook timing video ive seen. I was having tons of issues on my 24 year old brother bes1260 which is impossible to find info on, but this worked for me.. thankfully my machine doesn't require me having to loosen set screws. Brother did an amazing job at making this process so much more user friendly by giving you precise adjustment nobs so you dont have to fondle a bunch of set screws

So are you using the old needle to turn it 10 degrees to the right or are you saying don't do the 10 degrees thing at all, just place it straight front to back? I've been trying to figure out how in the world I'm supposed to know how much 10 degrees to the right is...
